Launch into a star-filled adventure with Mario as he travels across imaginative galaxies to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser. Super Mario Galaxy combines precision jumping, playful power-ups, and gravity-defying exploration in a colourful 3D platforming adventure.
Explore Worlds Where Gravity Changes the Rules
Run around tiny planets, leap between floating platforms, and discover paths that twist beneath your feet. Each galaxy brings its own challenges, from obstacle-filled courses to surprising puzzles and boss encounters. Collect Power Stars to open the way to more destinations from the Comet Observatory.
Jump, Spin, and Power Up
Use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to guide Mario through space. Shake the Wii Remote to perform a spin, point at the screen to gather Star Bits, and make use of transformations such as Bee Mario and Boo Mario to overcome different obstacles and reach new areas.
Share the Adventure in Co-Star Mode
A second player can lend a hand with another Wii Remote, collecting and firing Star Bits and helping interact with enemies. This is an assist role alongside the main player, rather than a separate playable character sharing the adventure.
