ONTEN OTN-UHD2 Transparent 2.5-Inch SATA Drive Enclosure
Put a compatible spare drive back to work with the ONTEN OTN-UHD2. This transparent enclosure turns a 2.5-inch SATA HDD or SSD into a USB-connected external drive, making it practical for accessing files, transferring data, and keeping a separate backup drive.
Give Your SATA Drive a USB Connection
Designed for compatible 7 mm and 9.5 mm 2.5-inch SATA drives, the OTN-UHD2 supports SATA I, SATA II, and SATA III HDDs and SSDs. Its USB 3.0 connection supports a theoretical transfer rate of up to 5 Gbps. Actual transfer speeds depend on the installed drive, host connection, and files being transferred.
Tool-Free Installation
Fit a compatible drive without tools, then connect the enclosure to a suitable USB host. Plug-and-play operation makes setup straightforward on supported systems, while the transparent design keeps the installed drive visible.
UASP Support
UASP support can improve transfer efficiency when used with a compatible host system. Performance benefits depend on the drive, operating system, and USB controller.
